From the day your mattress arrives, you have up to 100 nights to fall in love with an Allure mattress. If you aren't completely satisfied with your Allure Mattress, we will come pick up your mattress free of charge, and will issue a refund. In order to properly allow your body to adjust to your Allure Mattress, returns will not be allowed until after 30 days.

To initiate a return, please send us a photo of your mattress for approval. Once approved, we will coordinate for your mattress to be picked up and either donated or recycled.

  • Proof of return- customers are permitted to provide proof of return for any product purchased (for exchange or refund) using www.alluresleep.com
  • All returns must be done or arranged within 100 days of the original purchase date.
  • To complete your return (for refund or exchange), we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the product you wish to return, showing the original purchase date and proof of recycle, disposal, charity etc.


  • Returns will be arranged through www.alluresleep.com. Please do not send products back to Allure Sleep directly.
  • Allure Sleep will authorize a credit for the total of your original purchase price to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. 
  • If you purchased your product through our referral program or any other discount or rebate program, you will only be refunded the price you actually paid for the product and not the regular selling price.


  • Within the first 100 days you are only able to exchange products of different sizes. 
  • Our exchange policy applies to one free exchange within the first 100 days 
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on a size exchange.
